Once your old unit is removed from your bathroom and out of our way, we'll carefully inspect your drain opening and surrounding floor for any signs of trouble such as water leak damage, and remove the remnants of your old wax seal.
Inserting the new wax seal is the next step for toilet replacement. Edmonton plumbers at Mr. Rooter will carefully place the wax seal and lower the new porcelain base onto it. Then, we'll secure your replacement toilet by tightening up the bathroom floor flange bolts. Finally, we'll attach the water supply lines, turn the water main back on, and give it a few test flushes to make sure everything is working properly.
