Our pipes froze in the polar vortex last week (like much of Vernon) - sadly Mr. Rooter couldn't come to our rescue but they were patient and stayed on the phone to chat with me where the pipe could've froze (it was our main water line) and how to thaw. Although they were booked solid for a month, this gesture was appreciated and helped us narrow down the root cause. I'll use them in the future!
