The whole crew of guys headed up by Andrew were extremely professional, answered any questions I had and thoroughly cleaned up the work area both inside and outside. I was very pleased with how efficient they were in all areas of the job. Tammy, the office personnel was extremely helpful and was in contact with the insurance company on my behalf. The City is replacing the water and sewer pipes on my street and Tammy worked with and co-ordinated with them to be able to have Mr. Rooter come in and have the work done. The whole experience with Mr. Rooter was pleasant from beginning to end. They came, did the job and left without leaving any mess behind and with very limited time on my part. It was completely stress-free. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Tammy took my call and booked an appointment on the same day. She was very friendly and explained the process well. Dylan came to my home on time and went above and beyond to clear out my basement floor drain. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue. He stayed stayed until the job was done and cleaned everything up well. I’d recommend to anyone. Thanks

Very happy with Mr. Rooter. Communication with Tammy was efficient. A text was sent out with the technician name, information & picture - as a female customer this was a small feature to the service appointment that helped to ensure my safety & comfort. Bobby was respectful & easy to talk with; he has a lot of knowledge to share & I was able to ask many questions without feeling silly. Bobby involved me in the whole process which was more than I had bargained for but it helped me to understand the potential problem & solution. Payment was easy & the team has great follow-up procedures.
